Big news! We’ve partnered with Fidelity International to launch ‘Fidelity Illuminate’, a tool that brings transparency to members invested with Fidelity through their workplace pension.

Using the tool, integrated into Fidelity’s PlanViewer dashboard, members can:

✔️See the companies they’re invested in through their pension.

✔️Express their opinions on resolutions happening at those companies in the form of a vote preference.

✔️Have that vote preference be considered collectively with other members’ preferences by the fund manager when voting at company AGMs.

✔️View the fund manager’s vote and final AGM result.

The Illuminate tool affords members of Fidelity’s workplace pension platform the greatest level of transparency and engagement on issues they care about, encouraging accountability from fund managers, education for pension schemes and a sense of ownership from individual members.
